Working for ING Clarion, WBA conducted a field survey and space plan to develop a design for the USPTO’s Patent Training Academy. The academy required 8 classrooms, a reception area, a lecture room (to house 150 students at a time), an equipment room, 8 offices, staff workstations, a storage room, a student lounge area, a pantry with vending machines, an MDF Room and a Communications Closet.
