The FBI Field Office in Manassas was awarded to WBA through GSA's Design Excellence Program. The main office building was designed with two, five-level office wings joined by a central service core and bound by satellite service cores at the end of each wing providing 175,436 SF of useable space. The site layout and building footprint were designed to complement the natural terrain while providing maximum security and minimum impact on the environment. The building was certified LEED Gold in July 2008 and the VCAC was certified LEED Silver.
