Under open-end contracts with the U.S. General Services Administration, WBA has been working on a variety of projects for this Federal Agency since the mid-1990s. Work has been located at a 400+ acre training complex in a suburb outside Washington, DC, and has included comprehensive master plan updates, tactical exercise facilities, a new 17,900 SF administrative building, a new 50,000 SF classroom building, and a new entrance to the complex including a 9,000 SF gatehouse.
