The city of Fredericksburg wanted to increase available parking space downtown to attract more visitors and provide them with easy access to businesses and attractions. A 297-space, four-level, parking facility was designed with the intent to reflect the city's historic character. With the help of a local historic task force, WBA created a design resembling a19th-century-style warehouse reminiscent of Fredericksburg's industrial past.
