Designed as the last above-ground parking garage in Old Town Alexandria, this 315-space, five-story parking garage uses a combination of thin set and hand laid brick to allow the structure to blend with the adjoining office building. Hand laid brick was used on elevations facing the street. The top deck is secured to accommodate additional parking for the adjacent Alexandria Federal Courthouse.
