Dulles South Multi-Purpose Facility
The multi-phased project located in the South Riding community of Loudoun County, VA, will house a Multi-Purpose Facility, Recreation Center and Senior Center. The 26,000 GSF Multi-Purpose Facility will function simultaneously as a licensed preschool and community center. Adjacent will be the 79,000 GSF Recreation Center, designed with a large fitness area split between two levels.
