
Duke Realty’s Mark Center was selected as the site for Washington Headquarters Services. The 350-acre mixed-use 1.7 million SF campus will house 6,400 Department of Defense employees and serve as an extension of Fort Belvoir. WBA is designing two parking garages located in the North and South campuses, the transportation center, and visitor center. WBA will also provide interior design services for space planning and FF&E for public spaces within the campus as well as LEED consultation. The project is following BRAC requirements and will be completed by September 2011.

The AOC has awarded WBA one of its contracts for Architectural / Engineering projects around the U.S. Capitol. The term is one year with a four year option to renew and will require planning, programming and project management services.

WBA is teaming with HITT Contracting for a design-build project in Martinsburg, WV. The team will design and construct a new stand-alone Tier III Readiness Center of approximately 64,000 SF on existing Medical Center grounds.
