Mr. Blair is Vice President and WBA’s Lead Architectural Designer, responsible for developing schematic designs and feasibility studies for many of the firm's most notable projects. In addition, Mr. Blair brings extensive experience in site planning, masterplanning, and programming. He has successfully presented his designs before review boards and planning commissions. His experience includes the design of association and corporate headquarters, many of which are in the classical tradition. In recent years, Mr. Blair has become increasing involved in security design – including Department of Defense AT/FP design – for a variety of facilities and complexes. Mr. Blair’s design solutions incorporate elements that ensure the protection of people and property but do not visually detract from the site or structure.
